The Business Development Officer is responsible for getting qualified business owners to attend our introductory and paid workshops/programmes, and /or move them through our 13-step sales process to come on board as a client.
Qualifications
- Should possess a Bachelor Of Science Degree In Business Management or Marketing at minimum or other related disciplines.
- Certification in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the lead generation activities - social media, email marketing, and landing page management.
- Manage leads to closure and building share of wallet using CRM system.
- Communicate with our Global Office Marketing Division to effectively execute local campaigns.
- Follow our 13-step sales process to close leads into coaching programs and meet required KPIs.
Knowledge/Skills
- Robust working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.
- Working knowledge of all social media platforms.
- Ability to write communications (digital and printed).
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Making presentations to clients using electronic media to present company events.
- A Motor Vehicle is required for this job**
