Nicole Grant is a seasoned entrepreneur and the CEO of ECRS Consultants Limited, a business compliance and consulting firm. With over 15years of experience in business operations, compliance, and entrepreneurship, Nicole has worked with over 400 SMEs and individuals in Jamaica and abroad, guiding them through tax filings and operational challenges.

She is a licensed Corporate Secretary with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and has a rich background in managing operations for global brokerage firms, as well as working with local businesses in Jamaica. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Nicole understands the challenges of building and sustaining a business and is deeply passionate about supporting others in their entrepreneurial journeys.
